1. What AnyImmi AI is
A set of software tools. Not a law firm. Not an RCIC. Nothing produced by any tool constitutes legal advice. Every AI output is a draft for review by a qualified professional and is stamped accordingly.
2. Acceptable use
You will not use AnyImmi AI to generate misleading submissions to IRCC, to circumvent regulated-scope gating, or to submit to IRCC on behalf of clients without your own RCIC or lawyer credential. No auto-submit tooling exists and attempts to automate submission will terminate your account.
3. Credits and billing
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually. Monthly credits reset and do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire. Refunds under 30 days are full; after that, pro-rated.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AnyImmi's liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months and CAD 1,000. You are responsible for reviewing every AI output before sharing it with clients or submitting to IRCC.
5. Governing law
Ontario, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Toronto.
